LS engines are among the most popular for swaps for their low cost and big power potential.  This oil pan can be located in the same applications where the "F-Body" GM pan can be used. These Use the OE style filter such as AC Delco PF48/PF48E, K&N HP-1017 Wix 57060, or equivalent oil filter.
Ideal for Swaps in:
Camaro/Firebird ('67-'69)
Nova/Apollo/Ventura/Omega (68-74)
GM A-body ('64-'72)
G-body ('78-'87)
F-body ('82-'92)
Engine position (fore/aft or height) may need to be adjusted for clearance, depending on application.  will not fit Dry Sump Engines (LS7, LS9)
Designed for use with GM #12558253 windage tray, which may need to be altered to add clearance for the pick-up tube
Maximum Stroke of 4.00
1/2" NPT bungs on both sides for turbo drains
