This buyer purchased a 135,000 miles AS-IS 10 year old SUV and was given several accurate over-the-phone descriptions of the vehicle prior to picking up. The buyer made several attempts at getting money back prior to pick up after making a deal because in his words he could not afford fuel to get home after purchasing. We filled the vehicle with fuel and handed him a 0 bill towards fuel upon arrival to attempt to help the buyer. The buyer reviewed the vehicle in person and agreed to purchase. Paid in person after viewing. Then drove the vehicle 1700 Miles home over 26 hours. Two days later we received several messages describing dings, dents, broken parts, physical damage etc that he was made aware of prior to purchasing and saw in person before paying for the vehicle and/or did not actually exist. The buyer demanded we send him money towards the expenses or he would leave negative feedback. Unfortunately in this case we could not please this customer. PLEASE do not let this feedback hinder your personal experience with us as a business. Over the course of 42 years in business we have gone to great lengths to please every single one of our customers but we will not hand a theif / crooked eBay user money just to avoid negative feedback.
